Sales Contract

RESERVATION POLICY & SALES CONTRACT:

By making a reservation and providing a deposit, you have indicated acceptance to the following sales agreements:

• A non-refundable $100 deposit for does and bucks is required to hold any reservation. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason a sale is cancelled, no deposit will be refunded.

• Performance homes take preference over other reservations.

• We do reserve the right to keep any animal born, or withdraw from sale any animal.

• Breeding pairs may change and will be updated as does are confirmed bred.

• Kids rejected by buyer due to any reasons, including its color or wattles is considered a cancelled order. Again, no deposit will be reimbursed.

• If your reservation is fulfilled, full payment is due within 2 weeks of notification.  If full payment is not received within 2 weeks of notification, your reservation will be cancelled. No deposit will be reimbursed.

• If you cannot find transportation for your kid within 4 weeks of the date your kid becomes available to leave our farm, your reservation will be cancelled. No deposit will be reimbursed.

• Prices quoted on our web site are for animals picked up at the farm.  Buyer is responsible for all health certificates, veterinary exams, blood tests, shipping, crate, fuel & time for transport to airport, and other costs associated with veterinary fees and shipment.

• Kids will be tattooed if at least 5 weeks old. 

• Coccidiosis preventative is started at 3 weeks of age in the form of Calfpro.

• All kids are bottle raised.
