Payment 

Once bidding closes, an electronic invoice will be sent by email within the next day to every highest bidder for each goat. Full payment must be received by February 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

If payment is not received by February 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM, the winning bid will be cancelled, and the goat will be offered to the next highest bidder. No transport will be scheduled and no in-person pickup permitted until full payment has been received.

Transport

After all payments have been received on February 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM, transport arrangements will be coordinated once bidders’ locations are known and a viable route can be determined. Buyers are responsible for the cost of transport from Trappe, Maryland to their location. We can agree by email on a fair cost by email, based on ongoing cost minus 25%. This can be paid at time of pick up. 

Transport Timeline

Transport is expected to occur ***ideally*** anywhere between mid February to before the end of March 2026, weather permitting. In all cases, all goats must be picked up or transported no later than April 30, 2026, as the herd must be fully dispersed by that date.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. The Seller certifies that said goat appears healthy at time we hand the goat to you, therefore the animal is sold "AS-IS" with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied related to the goat or any offspring. Buyer has the right to request the following at Buyer's expense prior to purchase: Veterinary examination, Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), Bio-Security Testing, CM testing.

2. Seller is not liable for any illness, injury, or death of the animal after it is handed to you.​
